1. Is shopping with Craving Mart safe?
We take your business seriously and, above all, want our customers to be not only happy but delighted too. We accept a number of the world’s most-trusted online payment methods available.
2. Can I cancel my order?
We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible. However, we always want to help so please drop us an email along with your order number to email@example.com, or talk to us via Live Chat, and we’ll try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away.
3. What’s your return policy?
If received item is either "Broken", "Defective", "Doesn't match the description" then item can be returned within 30 days after purchase. Please ensure that your product is returned to us in its original packaging where possible.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We can’t accept unwanted products after 30 days after purchase. Please contact us by means of Live Chat or send us an email along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cost of Returns:
You will need to cover the cost of the return. Please try to send your return via a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for your return going missing in action.
Please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp for the correct return address. As our products are fulfilled by various locations around the globe, the return address on your parcel might not be the closest (and cheapest) for you.
4. Do you offer next day delivery?

5. Do you provide order tracking facility?
Yes. When your order will be dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. This includes a link of website where you can track you order.
6. What to do if I don’t receive my order?
In spite of the fact that we attempt to choose track able services for our orders, things don't generally work out as expected. On the off chance that your request hasn't arrived in the estimated time, then please contact us through Live Chat or drop us an email along with your order number to email@example.com to fix the issue.
7. I’ve only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Nothing to worry about. If your order consists of multiple individual orders, we start processing and shipping them as soon as they are placed. This means you’ll receive multiple orders at different times rather a single large packet at a later date. This help us to comply our shipping times.
8. Will I be charged for customs, taxes, VATs, or other extra fees?
Craving Mart does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. In some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.
9. How long it’ll take to receive my order?
Your parcel arrival time depends on your graphical location. Following is an estimated average shipping time for different locations.
For UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days from the shipment date
For rest of Europe: 15-25 business days from the shipment date
