Shipment Delays During Covid-19
Please note that our purchased products are delivered from different fulfilment centres. During this exceptional situation, shipment may be delayed because of business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to minimise these shipment delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Order Processing Time (Regular):
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed.
Order Shipping Time (Regular):
Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.
Please note that in some exceptional circumstances (beyond our control), order can be delayed due to variety of reasons. Some of them are mentioned below:
- Shipping address is either incorrect or incomplete
- Order has been held by the custom of the destination country
- Shipping address is not written in English language
- Order is being shipped to a very remote area
- Order is out of stock (OOS)
- Severe weather conditions
- War or Terrorist Attack
- Extended Holidays
Change of Address:
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (GMT-5 Hours) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via email@example.com to request for such changes.
Order Shipment Days:
All orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping is FREE on all Eligible orders.
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.
